This fun, “Full on” circuit class designed to help you achieve your weight loss and personal best goals. This class consists of a mixture of strength conditioning exercises and short, intense cardio bursts.

This is a light and low impact class focusing on core strength, balance, and conditioning. Exercises will be done with bodyweight, against the wall or use of a chair; there will be no up down movements from the floor. Seniors and beginners will be sure to get a great workout in a safe and fun manner!

Kickboxing Intervals is a new class combining kickboxing and intervals based off athletic movements. This class will improve strength, coordination, and conditioning with a focus on core strength. All levels of fitness are welcome to punch and kick their way to a greater level of fitness!

HC is a unique way of toning your body from head to toe! Body weight is the only resistance needed in this sculpting class. We keep the moves simple, but challenging. Cardio, core, strength, balance, and agility are all incorporated in this amazing workout that yields results!

This is a high energy interval class that uses sports inspired workouts for building strength and stamina. As a cool down after this intense class, a blend of Pilates and Yoga will be used to connect the mind and body and to control breathing.

Turbo Kick is a workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancings, yoga, and simple dance moves in a “Party” atmosphere! Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out.

Hip Hop HUSTLE blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Burn up the dance floor and burn calories while you’re at it!

Intro to Exercise is not your typical aerobics class… This class is designed to teach you the basics about exercise - warming up, cooling down, deep tissue work, and technique are just a few of the things that will be covered. The goal in this class is to ensure your safety when getting started in exercise and to maintain safety as you work toward your goals. Class size is limited to 10 people and may be mandatory for some beginners interested in Rapid Edge Bootcamp.

YogaFit is a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a safe, exercise science supported, practical style of yoga that is accessible, understandable, and doable by any age and fitness level.

This class is not for beginners!!! As the name suggests, this class is in a high impact, high interval training format. You will work your entire body from head to toe using body weight and dumbbells as resistance. Your legs will be begging for mercy from the plyometric jumps and your abs will be screaming, “Please Nancy don’t hurt me” as your body fat is scared into mercy!

This is a lower impact version of Nancy’s “High Impact” class… We’re still going to hammer your abs and glutes, but in a slower more controlled manner to work different energy systems.
