Marc has been in the health and fitness field since 2002, getting his start as a personal trainer at East Coast Health and Fitness in State College, PA. After graduating from Penn State, Marc continued his work at various locations throughout PA as a personal trainer and in Health Club Management. He opened Fuel Fitness in October 2008 in the hopes of exploding the myths about exercise while at the same time re-educating his clientele on the fundamentals of exercise and weight loss management through what he calls the "Five Fundamentals of Healthy Living." Marc specializes in weight loss management and is excited to bring what he has learned back to Berwick.

When Marc is not at the gym, he enjoys watching the New York Giants and Penn State Nittany Lions, playing golf and basketball, riding his bike and spending time with family and loved ones.




Mike Welgosh

Since September 2007 Mike has served as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Bloomsburg University Football team. In this position, Mike is in charge of design and implementation of the strength and conditioning program for freshmen players. His emphasis is on strength and power through sport-specific movements, speed, and agility. Mike's training principles translate well to his clientele because of the heavy emphasis on core strength and functional movement patterns. Mike believes "An individual that can function more effectively and efficiently in their everyday activities will ultimately enjoy an improved quality of life."

When not whipping his clients into shape, Mike relaxes by taking in the Nittany Lions of Penn State.

Nancy has been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 10 years working as a club manager and personal trainer. Along with her experience comes a great passion for helping others reach their goals of maintaining healthy lives. Nancy specializes in aerobic conditioning, group fitness, and motivating her clientele. She lives by the motto "NO TIME - MAKE TIME - NOW IS THE TIME". Nancy lives by her motto, taking up running several years ago, she hasn't missed a day on the road in over four years!

When Nancy is not at the gym, she spends her time riding her horses and motorcycle, running, and spending time with her family.




Nicole Edling

Nicole is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Corporate Fitness at Bloomsburg University. She will be graduating in May 2009 and then pursuing a Master's Degree in Athletic Training.

Nicole acquired an Associate's Degree as a Physical Fitness Specialist at Penn College in Williamsport, PA. The classes concentrated on one on one consultation and goals analysis, functional training and injury rehabilitation techniques. The degree consisted of hands on experience with clients of all ages and different needs. She completed an Internship at Synnergy Health and Wellness center where she gained experience in the fitness field.

When Nicole is not breaking a sweat she enjoys running, reading books, hiking, listening to music and taking her jeep mudding.
